Rooted in substance.
Driven by outcome.

Ria Gupta is an Advocate practising independently before the Delhi High Court and the District Courts of Delhi. Through Chambers of Ria Gupta, she represents individuals and businesses in matters that demand more than routine handling — matters that require clarity, structure, and decisive legal thinking.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Arbitration Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. Prior to law, her experience with Deloitte USI instilled a disciplined, analytical approach that continues to shape her handling of complex disputes.

Her practice spans civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. She has independently argued before the High Court, handled substantial commercial disputes, and represented clients in arbitration proceedings before a former Judge of the High Court. She has also been actively involved in mediation proceedings across forums, with a consistent focus on achieving effective, outcome-oriented resolutions.

Her approach is deliberate. Every brief is examined with precision, every argument is built with purpose, and every step in litigation is taken with foresight.

Because in law, outcomes are rarely accidental.
